Job summary

F&M Bank in Archbold, Ohio seeks a Treasurer to direct financial operations including budgeting, planning, investing, liquidity, and pricing models. You will lead a team of finance experts to maintain daily operations and financial health alongside the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business administration; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• CMA, CFA, CTP, or CPA designation highly preferred.
• Experience in ALM software is highly preferred (ProfitStar mentioned).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and investment activities for the company.
• Operate the ALM model, own key assumptions, and lead ALCO meetings.
• Oversee funds transfer pricing education and resource allocation.
• Manage daily cash position and bank relationships.
• Provide financial analysis focused on capital investments and pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and oversight of reporting.
