Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Treasurer to lead ALM, liquidity strategy, and balance sheet optimization. This role reports to the executive team and collaborates with CEO/CFO to guide profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring senior treasury leadership experience in banking, strong ALM and risk management skills, and proficiency with ALM platforms such as ProfitStars. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute to headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven treasurer or senior treasury leadership experience in banking.
• Strong balance sheet, liquidity management, ALM, and profitability analysis expertise.
• Experience with ALM platforms such as ProfitStars or similar treasury systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset liability management (ALM), liquidity planning, and balance sheet strategy.
• Serve as the organization’s primary expert on funds transfer pricing (FTP), profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Chair ALCO activities and provide leadership on interest rate risk management and strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop recommendations that improve net interest margin, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee liquidity management, investment activities, budgeting, forecasting, stress testing, and financial modeling.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive data-backed decisions that support continued growth and shareholder value.
