Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff, visitors, and the public.
• Knowledge of elderly ill and/or disabled.

• Provide one-on-one activities or modifications as needed based on individual resident assessments and care plans.
