Job summary

Complete Care at Glendale is hiring a Therapeutic Recreation Assistant to lead and participate in resident activities and to tailor programs to individual care plans. You will collaborate with the care team to enhance quality of life for residents in a long-term care setting.

The role requires strong group facilitation skills, the ability to work weekends, and a compassionate approach to elderly residents. Prior TRD preferred, excellent communication, and teamwork are essential.
