Job summary

One Fine Family is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Tray Pack - Retail Division) in Hanover, MD. This 1st shift role supports Holly Poultry’s Retail operations with safe, accurate handling of materials and finished poultry products.

Responsibilities include receiving, scanning, stocking, and ensuring correct order fulfillment while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. 2+ years warehouse experience and forklift/pallet jack skills are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse loading experience.
Scanner experience a must.
Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and warehouse safety best practices preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Verify accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and documentation.
Use RF scanners to record product movement and inventory transactions.
Stage materials for production departments as scheduled.
Pick, scan, and prepare customer orders for shipment per load sheets and specs.
Operate forklift and pallet jack safely.
Rotate inventory using FIFO principles.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas.
Perform inventory counts and assist with reconciliations.
Document all warehouse transactions in company systems.
Follow SQF, food safety, and people safety procedures.
