Job summary

Workbridge LLC in Hanover, MD is hiring a Warehouse Production Associate for the second shift (3:30 PM – 1:30 AM). You will pick, pack and prepare customer orders in a temperature-controlled environment, requiring accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities include using the WMS, verifying orders, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Eligible to work in the United States with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour, plus offered benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (~36°F).
• Willingness to work variable schedules, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred: warehouse or food-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Use a finger scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately locate and pick products in a refrigerated warehouse.
• Pack products safely and efficiently using proper materials, including temperature-sensitive handling.
• Verify accuracy of customer orders and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct routine quality checks for damage, discrepancies, or expiration issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage in a food-handling environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete required safety and operational training on time.
• Maintain functional knowledge across multiple production areas, including box building and order preparation.
