Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide is seeking a Site Advisor for the Travis AFB, CA location. This in-person role serves as ERAU's sole site contact, handling advising, budgeting, compliance, and community relations to support student services.

The Site Advisor will coordinate course offerings, maintain student records, and liaise with local stakeholders to promote ERAU programs and enrollments. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of professional-level experience.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advising and support for all assigned students.
• Assist students with course registration and degree planning.
• Counsel students regarding financial aid, scholarships, and VA benefits.
• Proactively contact students during enrollment and critical times.
• Enter and maintain accurate student records in Campus Solutions, Imaging, and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and Education Services Officer.
• Coordinate onsite course offerings with Senior Leadership and Scheduling.
• Identify and participate in local events to promote ERAU programs.
