Job summary

Signature Retail Services in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate to service four local store locations. You’ll travel in your own vehicle to big-box retailers, set displays, execute planograms, and ensure shelves and in-store merchandising look their best.

The role offers about 5 hours weekly at $16.00–$18.00 per hour, paid training, bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a flexible schedule that fits around school or another job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance with you listed as insured.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
• A smartphone with phone, text, email and internet access for daily communication.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
• Role involves standing, walking, bending, stooping, ladder use and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently to stores within the assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to look their best.
• Down-stock merchandise, keep shelves stocked and customer-ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory, flag replenishment needs, and place orders.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers with knowledge sharing.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store visit.
• Show up reliably and manage your schedule to complete visits on time.
• Communicate attendance/scheduling promptly and meet service standards.

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Traverse City, MImarket!

This role offers the flexibility to build a schedule around school, another job, or other commitments, while earning $16.00–$18.00 per hour and working approximately 5 hours per week. No experience is necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success.

As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to big box Home Improvement stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. Your Territory:

This route services 4 store locations in Traverse City, MI. Availability to travel to all stores in the route is essential for this role.

Job Duties:

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.

• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit, and consistently meet the service standards our clients count on.

• This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and ladder use, plus the ability to regularly lift and move materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
