Job summary

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate for the Plymouth, MA market. You will travel to major retailers such as Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, and support seasonal resets.

The position offers a flexible schedule around school or another job, paid training, bi-weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement. Prior merchandising is a plus but not required; transportation and a smartphone are needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Located within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between store locations.
• Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance, listed as an insured driver.
• Access to a smartphone with phone, text, email and internet for daily communication.
• Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
• This role involves lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Travel independently throughout the assigned territory to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, POP materials, fixtures and displays to optimize product appearance.
• Down-stock merchandise and keep shelves fully stocked and customer-ready.
• Coordinate with store personnel to check inventory levels and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go-to product expert for store associates and customers.
• Represent Signature Retail Services professionally in every store visit.
• Show up reliably and manage your schedule to complete visits on time.
• Communicate attendance or scheduling issues promptly; meet service standards.

Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in our Plymouth, MA market!

This role offers the flexibility to build a schedule around school, another job, or other commitments, while earning $17.00–$19.00 per hour and working approximately 15-20 hours per week. No experience is necessary- we provide paid, hands-on training to set you up for success.

As a Route Merchandising Associate, you'll travel to big box Home Improvement stores such as The Home Depot and Lowe's to build displays, execute planograms, support seasonal resets, and help keep stores looking their best. Your Territory:

This route services store locations in Plymouth, Kingston, Pembroke, Abington, MA and surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the territory is essential for this role.

Essential Functions of the Role:

• Travel independently throughout your assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service store locations.
• Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
• Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to make products look their best.
• Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and keep products fully stocked and customer‑ready.
• Partner with store personnel to check inventory levels, flag replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
• Be the go‑to product expert for store associates and customers, answering questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Represent Signature Retail Services and our client partners professionally in every store you visit.
• Show up reliably and manage your schedule so your visits and projects are completed on time, every time.
• Communicate promptly about attendance, scheduling, or anything that could affect a store visit, and consistently meet the service standards our clients count on.
