Job summary

Renewyx seeks a Travelling Superintendent to lead field operations on a portfolio of commercial and federal projects across the DMV region and East Coast. You’ll own sites from groundbreaking through closeout, directing subcontractors, driving schedules, and upholding safety standards.

This role offers Per Diem travel, the chance to work with an award-winning GC, and a leadership team that supports field success, with growth opportunities as the project portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial and/or federal projects.
• OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Procore and/or construction management software proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations across active commercial and/or federal sites.
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and site personnel to maintain quality and schedule.
• Serve as primary liaison between field teams and project management.
• Enforce safety protocols and uphold a zero-incident culture.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and field documentation accurately.
• Drive projects from dirt to punchlist on time and within budget.
