Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction across the United States. This role leads onsite activities from groundbreaking to completion and coordinates with project teams.

You will manage subs, safety, schedules and quality, travel nationwide five days a week, and earn a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 with bonus, profit sharing, per diem, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Current or recent experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial or industrial projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work onsite five days per week.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsabilités

A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States.
