Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Travelling Project Manager / Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale civil and foundation projects across multiple states with full autonomy. You will coordinate site teams, manage schedules, and drive delivery from start to finish.

The role offers a clear path to senior leadership, a salary band of USD 145,000–USD 160,000 per year, plus a bonus pool, per diem and a vehicle allowance. Nationwide travel is essential.

Qualifications

• PM experience in heavy civil, deep foundations, or geotechnical construction.
• Experience leading teams and owning delivery on site.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work independently.
