Rise Technical Recruitment Limited partners with a leading contractor to recruit a Construction Project Manager / Superintendent in Columbus, OH. You will own day-to-day site delivery on foundation drilling and electrical/substation projects, ensuring safety and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will travel to project sites across OH, WV, VA, KY on a 4x10 schedule, coordinating crews and subcontractors, tracking budgets, and providing progress updates to leadership for

• 5+ years leading construction projects (PM/ Superintendent/ Site Manager).
• Background in construction and/or electrical projects (foundation drilling and/or substation work preferred).
• Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills.

Construction Project Manager / Superintendent

$110,000 - $130,000 + OTE $150k + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Per Diem ($125/day) + Progression

Are you a Construction Project Manager, Superintendent or Site Manager looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects and grow into senior leadership within a close-knit, family-feel business?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established specialist contractor delivering foundation drilling and electrical / building work, where you will be trusted to run site activity day to day and be a key point of contact for customers and partners.

As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced leader who can drive safe delivery, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and keep projects on track from planning through completion.

In this role you will manage budgets and cashflow, oversee scheduling, inspections and deliveries, and solve field issues in real time while traveling to projects across Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia and Kentucky. You'll work a 4x10 schedule and be supported with per diem and a company vehicle.

This role would suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, wants long-term progression, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work for clients.

The Role:
