Job summary

DESIGN FOR LEISURE USA LLC in Texas seeks an experienced Working Foreman to lead pool, spa, and wellness construction across the United States. This hands-on role requires coordinating crews, reading drawings, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Candidates must be willing to travel extensively, work weekends and evenings as needed, and coordinate with general contractors and trades to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on approach required.
• Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity.
• Confident in reading construction drawings.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and coordination.
• Professional communication with contractors and project teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends/extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFL installers and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate work with the General Contractor and other trades.
• Read and understand construction and MEP drawings.
• Plan daily work and monitor progress.
• Check dimensions, elevations, penetrations, and site conditions.
• Identify clashes and coordination issues early.
• Maintain DFL quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment.
• Complete daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation.
• Assist with punch-list work, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Take ownership of site issues and drive them through to resolution.
