Job summary

Design for Leisure USA LLC is seeking an experienced Working Foreman for our U.S. construction team.

This hands-on field role will lead pool, spa, and wellness construction, manage a crew, and coordinate work on the jobsite while maintaining our quality standards, with travel to projects across the United States. The position requires supervising crews, coordinating with subcontractors and general contractors, and ensuring safety and documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on, practical leadership in field construction.
• Ability to lead a crew and maintain productivity on diverse projects.
• Reads construction and MEP drawings confidently.
• Strong coordination with GC and other trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead DFL installers and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate work with General Contractor and other trades.
• Read and understand construction and MEP drawings.
• Plan daily work and monitor progress.
• Check dimensions, elevations, penetrations, and site conditions.
• Identify clashes and coordination issues early.
• Maintain DFL quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment.
• Complete daily reports, progress photos, and site documentation.
• Assist with punch-list, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Take ownership of site issues and drive to resolution.
