Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Traveling Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities across the Upper Midwest. This hands-on role requires leading field teams, coordinating subs, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on water/wastewater plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete, piping, equipment install, and utilities.
• Experience managing self-perform projects and multiple trades.
• Proven track record delivering on schedule and budget.
• Willingness to travel across the Upper Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from startup to completion.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and craft personnel safely and productively.
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor schedules and milestone achievement.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, engineers, inspectors.
• Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality inspections.
• Ensure compliance with specs, safety, and company standards.
• Assist planning and execution of self-performed work including civil, concrete, mechanical, underground utilities.
