Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) seeks a Superintendent to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project completion in Meridian, Idaho.

The role includes leading teams, maintaining schedules, and communicating with stakeholders. Candidate should have water/wastewater project experience, be open to full-time travel, and hold at least a high school diploma with potential for a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years’ Construction Superintendent experience preferred but not required.
• Comprehensive understanding of plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Computer Skills – Email, Daily Reports, Timecards, Microsoft Office, Scheduling Software.
• Experience operating Fork/Boom/Scissor Lift.
• Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, & Microsoft Suite products.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to create detailed short interval project schedules and plans to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Organize and coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Regularly participate in Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and communicate schedule updates and changes.
