Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Water Treatment Superintendent to lead field operations on our Water Solutions projects. You will manage project administration from day one, coordinate schedules, resources, and subcontractors, and ensure work meets specifications, budget, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 5-25+ years of construction experience.
• Experience in Municipal, Industrial, Ag and/or Oil & Gas with focus on Water Management.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and details for preplanning before construction.
• Prepare a schedule of construction activities and manpower/equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and schedule profitably.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate with project schedules.
• Maintain a daily diary recording significant project facts and approvals.
• Cooperate with owner representatives and architects to align on project progress.
• Report regular progress and cost updates to the project manager and regional manager.
• Ensure adherence to the company safety program across all phases.
