Job summary

The Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is hiring a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations, supervise a crew, and ensure safety and quality in pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration projects.

Responsibilities include directing work, coaching team members, maintaining productivity, and representing the company with customers and utility partners. Travel is extensive, with frequent overnight assignments across multiple states; a strong safety and leadership mindset is

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with three years of driving experience.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally and to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments while following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Complete required documentation and project updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives.
• Support a positive, safety-focused team environment.
