The Utility Pole Assessment Foreman at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. leads daily field operations, supervises a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration, and ensures safety and quality while meeting client expectations.

This full-time role requires travel across multiple states (often 80%+), strong leadership and communication, physical stamina, and the ability to train and mentor crew members. Osmose offers paid training and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 19 years old and able to lead field crews.
• Valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather and travel locally/statewide.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure efficient project completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation, reports, and project updates accurately.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and accountability.
