Job summary

Davey Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a UAM Crew Member to perform manual labor at utility job sites, including excavating holes, backfilling, and assisting in installing steel trusses. This entry-level, on-site role requires teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Travel statewide in Texas (75-100%) is expected, with potential lodging provided. You will work with a team to support inspection, restoration, and enhancement of utility infrastructure and contribute to safe, high-quality project

Responsibilities

• Excavate holes around utility poles for site preparation.
• Backfill holes upon completion of work.
• Assist in installing steel trusses using pneumatic equipment.
• Perform manual labor including carrying and unloading equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at job sites.
• Interact professionally with landowners to explain site activities.
• Travel up to 75-100% as required by project demands.
• Follow company policies and work rules.
