Travel across Oklahoma and multiple states is expected with provided travel and lodging. Compensation is hourly with potential bonuses, making it a hands-on opportunity in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor and travel frequently.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.
• Must meet safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Excavate holes around utility poles and prep sites.
• Backfill holes after work completion.
• Assist in installing steel trusses and using pneumatic tools.
• Perform manual labor including carrying and unloading equipment.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Travel up to 75–100% as project demands.
