Job summary

Best Military Resume is seeking a field foreman to lead and support crews in installing and repairing underground piping networks across Tennessee. You will interpret project plans, set up measurement tools, ensure line and grade accuracy, and enforce safety on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating with equipment operators, managing daily work plans, and reporting on progress to meet production goals. Travel across Tennessee will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews in heavy civil or utility piping projects.
• Ability to read project plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Knowledge of line and grade, and pipe installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crews installing and repairing underground pipe systems.
• Set up pipe lasers, levels, and transits to ensure accurate line and grade.
• Coordinate with equipment operators and maintain clear site communication.
• Prepare reports and ensure safety practices on site.
• Travel to project sites across Tennessee as required.
