Ervin Cable Construction LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to oversee underground telecommunication crews, ensuring safe, timely, and precise work. The role requires knowledge of telecom construction, excavation equipment, and field problem-solving, with extensive travel across multiple routes.

The position demands prior supervisory experience, strong project management skills, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
• Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and/or repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in completion
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project progress, establish guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
• Ensure excellent communication with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist in an assigned area, department or project
• Identify and course-correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
• Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project
• Communicate with company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed
