Job summary

DP World, Atlanta-based, is seeking a experienced Manager, Training to lead workforce readiness for new data center start-up projects. You will develop structured training plans, SOPs, and curricula for traveling teams and collaborate with Operations, Safety, Quality, and Engineering leadership to ensure safe, efficient execution.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, the ability to build internal training capability through Train-the-Trainer programs, maintain competency records, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in training management or learning and development within logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments.
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage structured training programs for frontline employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and workforce readiness activities for traveling teams supporting new data center start-up projects.
• Develop and implement structured training plans, SOPs, work instructions, and instructional materials.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and Engineering to align programs with requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding and hands-on training for data tower handling.
• Establish competency assessments and maintain certification records.
• Implement Train-the-Trainer programs to build internal capabilities.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
