Carrier’s Automated Logic division seeks a Trainer - Building Automation Systems to deliver onsite training for field offices in North America. The role involves educating clients and colleagues on WebCTRL software and hardware, with extensive travel and hands-on instruction in datacenter environments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in building automation, plus mentoring or training experience in HVAC/DDC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in installation or servicing Building Automation Systems.
• 1+ year of experience mentoring, presenting, educating, or training others in HVAC/DDC.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct engaging, hands-on training for engineers, installers and end-users on WebCTRL and related systems.
• Deliver localized training sessions on-site at client locations across North America.
• Develop task-based exercises, real-world troubleshooting scenarios and learning modules.
