Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking Traveling Telecommunications Tower Technicians to join our team in the USA. The role involves climbing towers, installing, repairing, and maintaining antenna systems, and performing inspections while traveling extensively.

We provide training and certifications such as OSHA 10/30 and RF awareness. Candidates should be able to travel 6-week rotations with 7-10 day breaks, work in various weather conditions, and possess hands-on construction or

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to climb to heights over 300 feet daily.
• Willing to travel and endure year-round varying weather conditions.
• Some construction or electrical experience preferred.
• Hands-on worker with ability to use hand tools.
• Willing to live on the road with 6-week rotations and 7-10 day breaks.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Install/replace/repair antenna systems equipment.
• Distribute, pick up and organize tools and materials.
• Install/modify/mount platforms and tower components.
• Identify and fix problems using test equipment.
• Work collaboratively with a team.
• Perform tower structure inspections and maintenance.
• Read site plans and tower drawings.
