Job summary

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking Traveling Telecommunications Tower Technicians to install, repair, and maintain antenna systems on towers across the region. The role requires climbing to heights, working year-round in all weather, and extensive travel with 6-week rotations and 7–10 day breaks.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to climb to heights (>300 ft) daily.
• Willing to travel constantly and live on the road in rotations.
• Some construction or electrical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Install/replace/repair antenna system equipment.
• Distribute, pick up and organize tools and materials.
• Read site plans and tower drawings.
• Perform tower structure inspections and maintenance.
• Work as part of a team to service telecom towers.
