Job summary

Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. is seeking Traveling Telecommunications Tower Technicians to install, maintain, and repair antenna systems across job sites in the USA. You will climb to heights over 300 feet daily, work in all weather, and travel in 6-week rotations with breaks.

We provide training, safety certifications, and per diem; travel expenses are covered, and a sign-on bonus is offered. This role requires hands-on construction/ electrical experience and a dedication to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to climb to heights daily.
• Seasonal weather conditions are part of the job.
• Includes some construction and/or electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Install/replace/repair antenna system equipment.
• Distribute/pick-up/organize tools and materials.
• Identify/fix problems using test equipment.
• Work with a team and perform tower inspections.
• Climb and work on towers to install and repair antenna systems.
