Job summary

The Equitable Bank seeks a Full-Time Traveling Teller to cover staff shortages across Metro Milwaukee branches. You will travel to branch offices, assist with deposits and transactions, and provide friendly service while identifying customer needs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Base location will be at a mutually agreed branch, with mileage reimbursement. This flexible role emphasizes relationship-building and sales engagement within the community.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong listening and interpretive skills with ability to match customer needs to financial solutions.
• Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport with customers.
• Goal-driven mindset to meet monthly referral objectives.
• Experience with customer relationship tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships.
• Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and branch growth.
• Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates and offers.
• Develop knowledge of bank products to explain features and benefits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately.
