Job summary

The Equitable Bank in the Milwaukee metro area seeks a Full-Time Traveling Teller to cover staff shortages across branch offices. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between branches from Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

You will deliver friendly service, identify customer financial needs, present solutions, process transactions, and help grow branch performance while complying with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong listening and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to commute to Metro Milwaukee branch locations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships.
• Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and branch growth.
• Conduct outbound outreach to share product updates and strengthen relationships.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services to explain features and benefits.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank including customer service and accounting.
