Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install, maintain, and service voice, data, security and VoIP systems across North America. The role emphasizes customer service, independent work, and traveling to client sites in a defined geographic area.

You will use a laptop and a range of software, respond to work orders, and ensure reliable network installations while upholding safety and quality standards. Weekend/on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment
• Building on your customer service skills, you will ensure work orders are completed
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services on behalf of our client
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications
