Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems across North America from a home-based dispatch role. You will travel to customer sites in a defined geographic area, using a company vehicle, and leverage your technical aptitude to deliver reliable solutions.

You should have 1–5 years in telecom networks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecommunications networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently with a strong technical aptitude.
• Working with Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed by building on your customer service skills.
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installations for our client.
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
