Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Telecom networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently with a strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Build on your customer service skills to ensure work orders are completed.
• Travel to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area to perform installations.
• Utilize a laptop and various software applications in the field.
