Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in the United States. You will oversee crews, manage equipment and materials, and ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include leading crews, operating heavy equipment, assisting supervision, training staff, and ensuring OSHA/DOT compliance. This role requires reliability and a commitment to safety in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• U.S. work authorization for TelCom Construction.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED with related experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience; foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations are followed.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
