Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking a Traveling Telecom Conduit Foreman to lead crews installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety compliance and keep projects on schedule while working across Utah and out-of-town sites.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints. A strong focus on safety, communication with property owners, and the handling of heavy equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA, and DOT compliance.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
