Job summary

Apache Casino Hotel in Lawton, OK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance and repair across building systems, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence. You will mentor tribal members, oversee Life Safety inspections, and coordinate with the Facilities team to maintain high standards in a 24/7 gaming environment.

The role requires 2-3 years supervising trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), strong leadership, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Essential FunctionsDevelop and Mentor FSA Tribal Members within your department.Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances, understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service.Ensure consistent, high-quality standards are maintained for the entire property.Strong understanding of operational budgets and budget allocation impacts.Assist Facilities Vise President in fostering highly professional team members who provide maintenance and excellent team member and customer relations.Manage daily maintenance and repair on all building mechanical systems, equipment, tools, and grounds.Be knowledgeable and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, laws, and internal policies/procedures.Work effectively with peers, team members and regulatory agency personnel.Understanding of facility equipment and repair process with regards to a 24hr business.Understanding and ability to use technology-based equipment and operational programs.Ensure all department team members are in compliance with appearance standards and are complying with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, expedite workflow, and monitor performance standards regularly of assigned buildingsActively participate in maintaining harmony among team members.Perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior positions.Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.Regular attendance is required.Oversee and track Life safety inspections for Market 1 and 2, Plaza and Warm Springs Casino.Ability to Travel to offsite locations as needed.Core CompetenciesAdhere to and act in accordance with all casino policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state and local regulationsMaintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards may apply departmentally based on uniform requirements). The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including second-hand environmental smoke, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, vibrations, and risk of electric shock. The noise level in the work environment varies from light to loud, and there are fluctuations in lighting due to flashing lights from slot machines and band lighting.Minimum Qualifications2-3 years of experience working with and supervising various trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and groundsExperience and knowledge in purchasing and product sourcing.Assist in Facilities business planning, operational and capital budgeting functions. Including long range forecasting and equipment life spans.Strong leadership skills and customer service orientationGood computer skills to include effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CMMS systems.Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interpret a variety of instructionsAbility to pass a background check and drug-screening test, and obtain a gaming license
