Job summary

Fort Sill Apache Companies in Lawton, OK, seeks a seasoned Slot Floor Manager to lead daily operations on the slot floor and supervise Slot Supervisors and Technicians. The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest service, and adherence to casino policies.

You will oversee cash controls, jackpot payouts, and interdepartmental coordination while ensuring staff training and regulatory compliance; maintain high guest satisfaction and team morale through proactive communication.

Qualifications

  • Educational level usually associated with the attainment of an Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
  • One to two years of work experience in a position that required supervision of staff and management or allocation of limited resources.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service levels and a proven track record of maximizing revenues while controlling labor and other operating expenses.
  • Experience with and knowledge of applicable gaming regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills and customer service orientation required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.

  • Ensures slot floor employees understand the Eye-Hi-Goodbye Program and are complying with the program.
  • Must be knowledgeable and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocols.
  • Monitors performance standards for slot floor workers regularly and ensures work procedures are followed.
  • Issues written and oral instructions.
  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by reporting senior.
  • Understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program.
  • Regular attendance is required.

QualificationsQualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
