SummarySecurity Officer I is responsible for protection of Apache Casino Hotel assets that include but are not limited to currency, staffing, guests etc. by enforcing preventative measures. Patrolling the interior and exterior of the property and only providing property access to authorized individuals.Essential Functions:Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances, understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service.Assume responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of guests and fellow team members, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws, internal policies/procedures, and internal control protocolsPatrol Apache Casino Hotel buildings and parking lot; identify safety hazards and breaks in security, investigating, interviewing, and documenting all applicable incidents in accordance with internal policiesRegularly provide escorts of money and team members in money-handling positions; assist with jackpot verificationsGive directions and provide escort to guests and team members in needProvide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other administrative hearingsMake detailed lost and found descriptions - people and incidentsPerform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisorMust be able to obtain and maintain a Fort Sill Apache Gaming license.Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the Apache Casino Hotel company policy.Regular attendance is required.Due to the cyclical nature of the casino/hospitality industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to meet the business needs of Apache Casino Hotel.
