Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Operations Chef to prepare and present high-quality sushi and hot foods in a fast-paced retail setting. The role emphasizes food safety, cleanliness, and customer service while collaborating with store teams across locations.

The position is temporary full-time, with travel to different locations, including occasional longer assignments. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required, along with ServSafe and Allergen certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational training in kitchen basics; ServSafe preferred.
• Proven sushi chef or similar culinary experience.
• Strong knife skills for traditional and modern sushi prep.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality sushi and hot food items for core and promotional menus.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and meet food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation at all times.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed.
• Produce items based on daily production reports to meet sales goals.
• Complete required logs per standard sanitation procedures.
• Travel to various retail locations from base, with occasional extended assignments.
