A golf course construction company is seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join their team. This full-time role involves working on unique projects across the U.S., utilizing Trimble GPS systems and AutoCAD software. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields and at least 2 years of surveying experience, along with a readiness to learn and travel frequently. Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000 annually is offered.
Qualifications
2 years of surveying experience.
Willing to travel a lot.
Ready to learn and be trained.
Responsibilities
Operate Trimble GPS systems (R10 with TSC7 – training provided).
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson to prepare and analyze survey data.
Collect field data and create material take-offs from plans.
Support layout of golf course features.
Work closely with site supervisors and equipment operators.
Track progress and help keep the project on time and on budget.
