The role involves a mix of outdoor field work and technical office data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD. Knowledge of drone surveying methods is a plus. The salary range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 annually, reflecting the importance of both field operations and precise technical drafting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field and/or office land surveying experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive teamwork approach.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to professional growth, pursuing LSIT or CST certification.
• Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD, understanding robotic total stations and GPS.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Perform research, calculations, and document preparation for survey work.
• Review and process survey results, producing accurate CAD drawings and maps.
• Draft Plats of Highway, boundary surveys, and Preliminary Legal Descriptions.
