Job summary

NextMed is seeking Traveling Surgical Technologists to join our Traveling Technologist program. This role offers weekly travel, autonomy in patient care, and training to perform procedures under a Urologist's guidance.

You will transport medical equipment, operate laser in the OR during URS cases, document activities per policy, and collaborate with physicians. We offer competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, company-paid training, and an independent work environment.

Qualifications

• Travel readiness and flexiblity for weekly rotations.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to push, pull and manipulate heavy medical equipment.
• Operating room experience preferred or sterile processing background a plus.
• Must complete required screenings (DOT physical, background check, driver license, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Frequent travel on a weekly basis.
• Transport medical equipment to facilities and load/unload equipment.
• Operate laser in the operating room and assist physician during URS cases.
• Document required case activities in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
