TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor in Willmar, MN to oversee day-to-day project operations and lead foremen and crews on local work with occasional travel. The role emphasizes communication, organization of materials, and safety.

Ideal candidates bring utility construction leadership experience, proficiency with Excel and database tools, and strong verbal/written communication. A valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT medical exam are required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Good computer skills with Excel and database software.
• Familiarity with Google applications is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Class A CDL license is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Supervise the day to day operations
• Job completion of assigned projects
• Provide communication and leadership to job Foremen and crew members
• Organizing materials, equipment, and labor
• Verifying locates, materials and billings
• Providing all required job reporting
• Completing as-builts and redlines
• Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives
• Other duties as assigned.

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00.
