Job summary

TelCom Construction is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee day-to-day project operations in Minnesota. You will lead foremen and crews, coordinate materials, equipment and labor, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects while upholding safety standards.

This role requires strong communication, proven leadership in utility construction, and comfort with occasional travel. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a DOT physical are required; CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Previous utility construction crew leadership experience required.
• Experience with telecommunication MSA contracts preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including database software and Excel.
• Experience with Google applications a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Local work with occasional travel.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam and obtain medical card.
• CDL Class A license is a plus.

The wage range for Traveling Supervisor TelCom Construction is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 .
