Qualifications

• Store management experience is required
• Purchasing experience is preferred
• Sushi or bakery experience is not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sushi, Delica, and Bakery departments.
• Manage sales performance for each department.
• Handle purchasing for each department.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Visit and supervise store operations across California locations, providing on-site management and staff direction.
