Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking a Superintendent to own the jobsite from mobilization through completion with the autonomy to make decisions and resolve issues on the fly. You will direct subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to keep projects on track.

This traveling position focuses on high-end retail, hospitality, restaurant, and multifamily projects across North America.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of Superintendent experience required.
• Strong understanding of the trades involved in high-end retail, restaurant, or multifamily projects is a plus.
• Ability to walk onto a jobsite, assess what needs to happen, and move people and activities forward.

Responsibilities

• Run the jobsite from mobilization through completion, maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and consultants and ensure adequate manpower.
• Build and manage schedules, including three-week lookaheads, inspections, and weekly coordination.
• Identify conflicts between drawings and field conditions early to avoid costly changes.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve issues and keep communications clear.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for scope, quality, schedule, and deficiencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized site and the documentation to keep the team aligned.
