Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead projects across the United States. You’ll oversee on-site operations, manage teams and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery while moving between locations.

This role offers autonomy to run sites, build client relationships and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and project managers on each assignment. Travel and quality accommodation are arranged, and you’ll join a close-knit team delivering commercial work for

Qualifications

Experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of sequencing and site management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
Willingness to travel extensively as projects require.
Proactive approach to health and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead all day-to-day on-site operations.
Manage subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities.
Maintain safe, organized and productive job sites.
Deliver projects to schedule while maintaining exceptional quality.
Identify and resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
Work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on track and within budget.
Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, vendors and project partners.
Conduct site meetings, inspections and quality checks.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
Support successful project closeout and client handover.
