This role demands strong leadership skills and 7-12 years of experience managing significant commercial/industrial construction projects. You will be integral to coordinating trade contractors, ensuring quality work, and leading safety compliance on-site.

The position offers a competitive salary between $88,800 and $276,900 depending on qualifications and location. Benefits include a generous profit-sharing/401k plan and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience leading construction projects worth $30 million or larger.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and sub-contractors.
• Communicate schedule status and updates to the project team.
• Maintain daily reports and documentation using software tools.
