Teklus Construction is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site operations across multiple West Coast projects. You will oversee safety, quality, and execution while rotating between Nevada and Arizona sites as assignments require.

The role requires 5+ years of field leadership, strong knowledge of safety standards, and proficiency with Procore/Primavera. Travel and lodging are provided per policy, with benefits including medical and 401(k) options.

• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site superintendent leadership across multiple active projects in the West Coast, rotating as project needs require.
• Direct daily field operations, including crew supervision, task sequencing, and manpower allocation at each site.
• Serve as the senior on-site point of contact for clients, trade partners, and project stakeholders during each assignment.
• Enforce site safety programs, stop-work authority, and EHS standards consistently across all locations.
• Coordinate with Site Project Manager to align field execution with schedule and budget.
• Conduct site walks to verify quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
• Lead incident response, near-miss investigation, and corrective action at each site.
• Support onboarding of local crews and subcontractors to Teklus standards.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, inspection logs, and documentation across all projects.
• Provide transition support when handing off a site to a fixed-location superintendent

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Teklus continues expanding, this role is central to maintaining consistent field leadership and quality standards across a growing multi-state project portfolio. You'll be the senior Teklus representative on site at each assigned project, directing personnel, coordinating with clients and trade partners, and ensuring every job meets the same standard regardless of

location.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate closely with each site's Project Manager to align field execution with project schedule and budget
• Conduct site walks to verify quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
• Lead incident response, near-miss investigation, and corrective action at each site
• Support consistent onboarding of local crews and subcontractors to Teklus standards and procedures
• Maintain accurate daily reports, inspection logs, and documentation across all assigned projects
• Provide transition support and knowledge transfer when handing off a site to a fixed-location superintendent

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

• 5+ years of construction superintendent or comparable field leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews independently across multiple sites or projects
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and safety standards
• Proficiency with scheduling/reporting tools (Procore, Primavera, or similar) and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively between West Coast job sites

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Prior experience in a traveling or multi-site superintendent role
• STSC, CHST, or comparable safety certification
• Experience standardizing field procedures across multiple locations or teams

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE

This role requires regular travel between active job sites in Nevada and Arizona, with time on-site varying by project phase and assignment. Travel and lodging support provided per company policy.
